Description
This artwork was created from my original artwork called A Safe Heart which is in my FAA portfolio. In creating this image, I had fun playing around with digital effects to create the mood that felt right for this image at this moment and for me. The colour, design and effects bring to mind for me a dream state where nothing is too defined or realistic. I personally love the colour turquoise and for me this colour is symbolic of healing, immunity and clarity, so this colour in this image represents the healing of this heart and feminine being/energy. The darker colours represent some aspect of the unconscious that is present in this situation while the red represents the energy required to bring about transformation needed for true healing to take place.
There is a special space and place for this image where it can reassure, reaffirm and recognize the struggle at times in this world we live in of the feminine and its much needed ability to console, nurture and reassure.
