Description
This is a digital manipulation of a photograph and artwork of mine of an agate rock. The original image is in my portfolio called "Agate Beauty". I created a mirrored effect with the image using a digital medium and then rotated the image as well as offsetting the mirrored images so as to create this final one.
The original image had an area where it looked like glass with a room behind it of some kind of cavaity that made me think of birthing and creation. So this image definitely has a look of some kind of womb with surprising to me ovaries and other internal organs. Also this womb area is in the shape of a heart, so earth's expression of its own creation seems an apt title to me. Amazing what can be found in the earth when we are fortunate enough to stumble over it as I did.
