This drawing gave me a feeling of both melancholy and nestling...not an uncomfortable combination at all, sometimes they go hand in hand when we are healing! Lovely work! Charcoal was such an excellent medium for this! jean

This looks like a very special little hide-away. Your circumstances were less than desirable - yet the place is homey with the kettle on the stove. The shadows and placement of shapes remind me of Van Gogh's "The Potato Eaters". Nice work!
