Description
This artwork was created from a nice photograph I took of my daughter who was standing in my kitchen with a cup of tea smiling sweetly while being photographed. This was such a lovely snap shot that I decided to play with it and see what I could come up with. Apart from that I was feeling the need to be creative so this was my opportunity. I used a digital software to mirror this image ie creating a mirrored effect of my daughter as well as posterizing and adding some other effects to this image. I asked my daughter if I could use this image on FAA and she gave her permission so here it is. I liked the cross over laced curtains in the background that added an old fashioned nostalgic homey and textured effect as well as the warm coloring of this image.
