Description
Battling with the forces of darkness recently through associations with another, I was reminded by a friend of this saying.....a favorite one of mine from many years ago, that I attribute to its author according to Wikidpedia, William John Henry Boetcker (18731962). Also heard at one time that this saying was also attributed to a well known pop star from last century but can't remember who.....so my apologies if I'm leaving some historical data out here in this description.
Anyway I love this saying because it speak to me of so many struggles that good men and women have gone through in the process of searching for justice and truth. And there are always those who want to tear down the strong, righteous and moral souls who humanity has been gifted with on this planet and on the human journey.
I've used a deep colouring of blue with abstract background effects as well as a form of light coming down from above so as to highlight these words and their truths they impart. Have also used a textured effect of a cracked wall in the background that add to the dramatic effect of this image. Blue is the colour of truth and reasoning so the colours here fit the message.
This image would be great on a card, up on a wall or anywhere this message is needed as a reminder and affirmation of what really matters.
